Virtual Mindset & Movement Studio

At Define Me, we see movement as a self-care practice meant to sustain and nourish you. We offer a collection of programs for building resilience against the many commitments and challenges of day-to-day living, while also providing a virtual environment that is fun, safe and enjoyable.

Classes and Workshops

Typically, our programs run in a 6-week, 1-hour class format through the Zoom video platform and incorporate various modalities including:

Restorative Yoga

often referred to as an antidote to stress, this practice incorporates gentle, supported, and longer-held postures to encourage downregulation of your nervous system, with subsequent rest and ease for your mind and body


Pilates

with an emphasis on strengthening your integral core at the deepest layers, this practice aims to realign the spine while also engaging smaller “twitch” muscles, improving your body’s ability to move well and comfortably 


Yoga Tune Up®

by applying functional movement and other body-oriented strategies, this unique and playful approach cultivates embodied awareness, strength and ease


Roll Model Method®

with the use of massage-specific props, this self-massage practice can relieve pain, tension and discomfort in the body and induce the nervous system’s relaxation response


Mindset Modalities

from mindfulness and self-compassion to guided relaxation, meditation and Yoga Nidra, we integrate into every class contemplative practices such as these in a practical and accessible way


$72 per 6-week series; preregistration is required. Workshops are usually 2-hours in length and offered regularly throughout the year. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or refer to our Articles section for updates to our schedule and latest offerings.

With a combined 25 years of professional training and experience, our movement practitioners are available to address your movement and wellness goals. We offer personalized practices that are foregrounded in functional, integrated and embodied movement
